**IMPORTANT**

  • Uploaded files should be transparent background, not white.
  • Printing Instructions should include Size & Quantity per file uploaded.
  • If no printing instruction is provided, we will assume to upload the file as is size and fill up the whole yard/half yard.
  • We charge design fee. If you know your file is not high quality, add our design fee to avoid delays.
  • We charge for rush fee. If you need your order within 24 hours for pick up or ready for delivery, add our rush fee.

Upload File Instructions:

Upload your designs in the following requirements

  • 300 dpi resolution
  • Minimum line weight 2pt
  • Upload file exactly at dimensions they will be printed. We do not resize artwork unless specified.
  • Transparent background
  • High quality files. Avoid pixelated artwork. Bad input will result in a bad output.
  • Accepted files : .ai, .eps, .png, .cdr, .pdf, .svg
  • Translucent artwork will not be printed by default.
  • Upload in readable way. Not mirrored files

All files are printed as it is. We do not inspect files.

Disclaimer:

  • All transfer sizes are based on given instructions, if no instructions, the sizes will not be guaranteed.
  • Colors of the transfers may vary and are not all identical. See full post here of various reason. If you need a test print, please specify on the instruction.
  • Every heat press is different, we recommend doing test trials first.
